A great looking table runner which is sewn with a “quilt as you go” method, so after piecing the quilt there is only binding and you are done!
Fabric requirements
Center square……….at least 6″sq.
Fabrics for braid……….1/8 yd. of 6 fabrics
Narrow border/binding…….1/2 yd.
Wide border……..1/2 yd.
Backing/Batting…..At least 20″ x 60″ pieces
The fabrics in the braid look great if chosen from light to dark to create 3D effect.
